at The Missouri Cherry Blossom Festival!

Vendor_NonFood.pdf”This year the craft portion of the festival will be held on Friday April 26th and Saturday April 27th, 2019. Last year we had over 500 people visit the craft/vendor part of the Cherry Blossom even.
We are very excited to reconnect with old friends and make new ones at this event. You’ll find the application for this event attached to the email. Please print it, fill it out and MAIL it back with your payment in CHECK form.

We will notify you via email prior to the event of your acceptance to the event. Applications received after April 10th may not be guaranteed a space.
It is important for our vendors to understand that the craft event is an outdoor event. Canopy’s are recommended.
Upon receiving the approval email from Brand Events, you are responsible as the vendor to:
- If you are a food vendor you must contact the City regarding sales tax instruction and the County Health Department for county health code information.
- If you are a craft vendor you must contact the City regarding sales tax instruction.
***Brand Events is NOT responsible for your sales tax responsibilities at this event.
Due to the size of this event and the other activities going on around town in honor of Cherry Blossom, we cannot guarantee a backup indoor space. By submitting your check and application you are acknowledging and understanding that in the event of severe (unsafe) weather, this event may be canceled WITHOUT refund.
****PLEASE NOTE. WE DO NOT BEGIN ACCEPTING DIRECT SALES VENDORS UNTIL 3/1/2019 FOR THIS EVENT. WE WILL ONLY ALLOW 10 DIRECT SALES VENDORS. WE GO IN ORDER OF OUR WAITING LIST AND GIVE PREFERENCE TO RETURNING/LOYAL DIRECT SALES VENDORS. ****
